Hello, I'm thirteen and I have just started doing smokeless tobacco and I need help quiting. I've been doing it for about 1 1/2 weeks now, it is starting to control my life. I want a way to quit without buying anything or asking my parents for anything. Please help me.
P.S. I get the supply from my dad, I secretly take a little of his at a time in a beef jerky can.
