I need legal advice. I live near dayton ohio.?

I missed a lot of my junior year in high school with noneppileptic seizures. I am now back for my senior year and doing much better. I recently found out that my teacher I spend three hours a day with seems to think the seizures are funny and he makes a ton of jokes when Im not there. He recently made a joke to my face though and I didnt know what to do. I was extremely angry. I guess he laughs about me being in a ball in the floor having a seizure...I showed him a video of one of the seizures last year. Is there any legal action I can take against him or the school?
 
Get some hard evidence that he is doing what you say, then sue the pants off him and the school. Keep in mind that you will be an outcast, though. You'll have a hard time getting any teachers to treat you fairly.

Instead, you and your parents should go to the principal and demand an apology and an explanation of what the teacher's punishment will be. If you don't feel it is severe enough, ask for more. If you don't care for it, go to the school board and let them know about the incident.
 
well I'm not really sure, but I think you should really tell the principal and have him/her know what the teacher is doing because I think it is wrong to like laugh at a person who has seizures.. (I'm somewhat holy) and I think of this as like god could punish him worse for what he has done to you and all that other stuff. just tell the principal or your mom.. good could come out of it if you speak up
