I am a 16 year old mother in Texas. I have been living away from home for over a year now, but i still visit frequently. My mother has a suspended license for a DWI so she cant help me with getting my drivers license, and she won't give me the documents I need for someone else to help me, so i cannot get my license to get a job to get emancipated. My son's father and I have been wanting to get married and then i wouldn't need my mothers approval for anything but I would have to have parental consent to get married in Texas. I just need advice or ideas of what I can do to get free of my mother. And it isn't just to be free. I need to work and move but i cant do so because of my mother.
