...LAUGH OUT OF IT.? I can't get an orgasm...I mean I'm real good at faking, but I mean I don't know if there's something wrong with me...I'm 18 years old an have never gotten an orgasm...HELP! Men, women any advice?

There's nothing to worry about, some people just can't, or it's really really hard to. You can try different tactics(using a vibrator, switching positions, etc.) but you just might not be able to.
I read about a girl who didn't have one until she was 32 and she had just gotten together with this guy who just, like, magically could. I guess he had the touch or something.
