I need motivation to eat healthier and loose my pregnancy weight!?

Any advice?? I went from 147 to 210 lbs.Im 5 feet 5 inches.What should I way for my height? I'd like to loose the fat that I had plus the one that I gained throughout my pregnancy,but I cant seem to stop eating 3 donuts or 2 slices of pizza! Please help! I need motivation...How long will it take? It's been 4 weeks since I gave birth
 
You were pregnant for 9 months and should expect 9 months to lose the weight as well. Just start getting out some of your FAVORITE pre baby jeans and that is very motivational. Also you might want to get a work-out buddy to help you out. It's a lot of hard work and I know that for sure. I was pregnant at 100 lbs my first time and I stopped looking at the scale once I hit 165! I'm not sure what my final weight was before birth. I know I lost a lot of it in the first 3-4 months, but the last 10-15 lbs really sucked. It takes a lot of exercise, proper diet, water. If you like pop or candy wait to reward yourself. I liked to drink Pepsi back then. I'd drink water all day and if I did a good job on my diet and beverages, then I would allow for one Pepsi at the end of my day. That was my reward.

I would roller blade a few miles every day after work, or ride bike for miles or just walk. LOTS of cardio though and floor exercises. Try to incorporate some light free weights too if you can.

You can do this!
 
you have to motivate yourself. i am 35 weeks pregnant and i have gone from 127 pounds to 184 pounds. i feel horrible. i just keep thinking about going out with my husband and him being proud to have an inshape wife instead of a lazy overweight one. i dont think he cares either way,thats just what i think to myself.lol
