I am debating with my class that "the preemptive use of military force is a morally justifiable national security option for the united states."
i am the negative case. (i'm against that statement)
i have 2 arguments but i can't think of a 3rd one.
1. preemptive strikes violate the principles for a just war
2.Preemptive warfare breaks the treaties we have made with other countries.
3. ? help!? what is a good argument!
