I can add the spices, sugar and milk to it, as if I were making a pie, but I do not want to add eggs, since the dessert is not to be cooked, it's a pumpking, gingerbread trifle. Does anyone have a recipe that would turn pureed pumpking into pumkking pie filling? If I have to cook it on the stove and cool it, not a problem.
