I personally havn't used it, but I know someone who has 3. They claim it works very well, and I think its something like $0.19 to make international calls? But I'm not positive. The one thing to worry about reception wise is if your internet "can't find server" a lot, then the phone also will not work often (so pretty much if your internets not working the phone won't either.)
