I need to cook a complete meal for a bear? What do full grown bears eat?

First of all, you DON'T have to cook. Most bears are not accustomed to COOKED meals.

If the 3 Bears are coming to dinner...try porridge. They also love nuts, berries, and honey so look for some granola-type bar that consists of nuts, berries and honey and you'll bee sure that they come back for seconds!
