I need to find an SUV for under $3000 that will hold 8' x 4' pieces of plywood.?

I frequently have to transport pieces of plywood that are 8' x 4' in length/width. I'm always borrowing a truck from a friend, but I won't be able to do that anymore, so Im now looking buy a new vehicle that can also double as a family car (which is why Im not looking for truck.)
I only have about 3000 to spend, does anyone have suggestions of SUV make/models/year I should research?
