I have a 2008 Malibu and I have lost my job. Since I cant pay for it anymore I phoned them to find ou twhat I could do. They wouldnt give me temporoary smaller payments. I heard through the grapevine about a thing called Cease or Sue, not too sure what it is but I would like to know more. I am hoping to get out of this with as little impact as possible to my bank account, considering I have 4 kids to feed.
