I need to know quick: Is Aaron Rogers better than Jay Cutler?

(this is an ice cream bet) - I've picked G.B. because I believe A. Rogers is better than J. Cutler. Am I way off base, or am I correct? I need G. B. to win by more than 3 points. What are my chances of winning?

Rogers is better all around qb but cutler has the better arm.. It's going to be a close game but I feel like the bears will win.. Devin hester will have a game changing punt return

Rodgers is much better than Cutler, but that isn't the only determining factors. The Bears def is playing lights out.

It's not ALL about the QB... but I believe the Rodgers is the better QB, and is also on a better team. His one downfall is that he holds onto the ball too long, so if he were on a team like the 49ers, who's O-line is crap, Rodgers would have never succeeded in the first place.
