I need to lose 20-25lbs by summer!!!?

Im 15 years old, 5' 8'' and im 145lbs and my goal is 125lbs. If there is any way to do this I WILL. I know its a lot of weight in a short time but i plan on starting tomorrow and i will be dedicated. Please help me tell me what i can do. ANYTHING!!!
 
gaining muscle is the best way. eat high protien/ low fat food and run for 25 mins 3 times a week. also consider wieght training as it is a great way to lose fat fast. good luck
