this one? Which motor i can use??And which circuit is required to stepping down to 5v??
but u told in the earlier question that it is not possible.
 
If you can find a DC permanent magnet motor rated at 12 volts, you can use that as a generator, and the DC output you can run into a 7805 regulator to provide a regulated 5 volts.

NO, I didn't. You obviously didn't fully read the answer. I said you cannot convert 12 volts at 70 mA into 5 volts at 1 amp. And you can't. Which has nothing to do with this question and answer.
