I'm sending it back because they sent me the wrong phone. I've been told that they should pay for the shipping, but how does that work?
I have a billable stamp sticker that i've stuck on the box, but I haven't gone to the post office yet. Do I tell the post office that verizon is paying for it? Or does verizon automatically pay for shipping and I don't have to do anything? what do i do?
I haven't been in the states for a long time, so I don't know how the shipping system works...help would be much appreciated.
