I need to throw farther in baseball?

I am a 14 year old boy and i have been playing baseball all my life. I am a lefty, and i am pretty strong, but ever since i moved up to the bigger fields, i cant seem to make the throws. I have to almost throw out my arm to make a throw from 3rd base to first base...any suggestions to help me throw farther?
