I need to transfer home movies from VHS to DVD/Blu-ray and dub an audio track?

I am looking for a VHS/DVD/Blu-ray player/recorder. I am looking for a combo set where I can transfer some old VHS tapes I made a few years ago to DVD or Blu-ray. The VHS tapes are copies from 8mm home movies with no audio. I would like to be able to dub an Audio track while I am transferring the VHS over to the new media. Any suggestions on who makes a good unit ?
