Do these;

Inclined flies (chest)
Declined flies (chest)
Flat flies (chest)
Leg lefts (abs) – 10 lb. weight in-between my legs.
Bicep curls (biceps)
Tricep extensions (triceps)
Declined sit-ups (abs)
Shoulder shrugs (traps)
Pushups (upper body) – 15 x 3 sets
Arnold Presses (Shoulders)
Lateral Raises (Shoulders)


I'd start out with just 1 set of 10-15 reps every other day till you built up some muscle.
