Bicep curls (biceps) Tricep extensions (triceps) Declined sit-ups (abs) Shoulder shrugs (traps) Pushups (upper body) – 15 x 3 sets Arnold Presses (Shoulders) Lateral Raises (Shoulders) I'd start out with just 1 set of 10-15 reps every other day till you built up some muscle.
