bill that didnt belongnow wat? I had T-Mobile 2 lines family plan, 2 basic phones, both with MyFaves, and unlimted text, so they cut off my activation fees like they promised when I signed up after my bill was created..fine...thats all well and good, I ordered a newer better phone (a blackberry) they tell me I have 20 days to return it if I don't like it and it won't appear on my bill, 30 days if I ordered it from the store, so I did, and tried it...Wasn't for me, so I call them up and say ok, I wanna return it, (I was 7 days in) and they said you cannot return it now, even if you did we would not credit your bill for it, you had only 7 days to start...when it clearly stated on their web site when I made the Upgrade to the new phone on my Main Line of Service, you have 20 days to return the device blah blah, and I repeatedly told them this, they said sorry well nothing we can do for you...

so now I have that on my bill, so I tell them to cancel my service so my bill doesn't go any higher (bill totaling over $1,300) so I could get a bill in the mail and mail payments to them, but they we're the ones who messed up by lying to me about how long I had to return the Upgraded phone...What do I do? I don't really wanna pay for a Phone I was told I can return to them within 20 days. Can I report them and get them off my credit report? What can I legally do when they lied to me? What does disputing it on my credit report do?
I need some help here please...
I cannot even get a contract with another wireless carrier now because of this they want minimum of $400 dollars deposit first. I don't have that kind of money..And I don't wanna use Prepaid cause where I live prepaid companies don't have service, you need a post paid account to have access to the entire wireless network to get coverage....
