I own a ps2 pelikan nerf controller. For some reason it used to work but now...

...it doesnt.? The LED light on both the connector and the controller light up but wont connect. Before this happened, the light on the connector was red and went black when you pushed a button. Now its black and goes red when you push a button. Help!
