I parked a new motorbike in my lounge and can't get tyre wax off linoleum or vinyl

floor. Its a rental home.? I have tried bleach, wax stripper, usual floor cleaners, methylated spirits, mineral turpentine, car wax stripper, acetone, sandpaper, gumption, vinegar and bi-carbonate of soda and have left these on the marks before scrubbing but nothing has worked. The stains have been there since 1999.
There must be something that takes new tyre wax off vinyl/linoleum. Please help if you know or even if you have an idea that might work.
 
Not sure if it will work but it might be worth a try. hairspray gets wax crayon off of most surfaces not sure if it would work on tyre wax though.
