I pulled my muscle, what should I do?

Okay, I played sport before, but we didn't stretch and I'm not very fit so I pulled my thigh muscles and the left side of my back and it HURTS so much to move...
what should I do? Is ice all? Something like stretching or rubbing or something? Thank you!
