I can`t believe i found a question to answer in the car section.lol. Did everything fit back together right? Sometimes the simplest little thing will mess up that suction. I work as a housekeeper and am always changing the bag. Sometimes I put it back together not right cause i`m in such a hurry. Good luck.

Check to make sure your hose isn't clogged. I know with my vacuum I changed the filter and everything, and it wouldn't suck nothing up, then I remembered the hose, I unscrewed that and MY GOODNESS, hair ball for days, I thought it would never end, dust, fur, hair balls, cat fur, goodness. So check that out, if that do not work, just remove the bag and try again from the beginning making sure your connections are tight.

check the oil level, make sure there is air in the tires, bleed your brakes, flush the transmission, and then change your disty cap.

i'm assuming because this automotive section that this is an automobile we are dealing with.

let me know if my suggestions don't work, and together we can figure it out
