its too big and so is the neck collar its 100% cotton, and i was wondering will the neck collar shrink too?
how much will the neck collar shrink?

Take it back to the store and exchange it for a smaller size. Less trouble than waiting for it to shrink. 100% cotton does not shrink as far as I recall.
