GO to your C disk.
Then go click on "My programs" folder
You should see the program in folder, delete it.
Get CCcleaner or a program simlar to that and scan/delete

If you are getting strange pop ups it means that you still have some kind of adware or malware infection on your computer. Spyware Doctor is very good at removing this kind of infection. You can visit http://spyware-and-adware.com/tutorialthree.aspx and get a free copy of Spyware Doctor with instructions on how to use it.

It sounds as though you have a partial removal.
Use the following free programs, download, install, update and reboot into Safe Mode to scan:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition:
http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE
Select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan and remove infections.

Use BOTH as they vary in their detection methods.
