shuts off what can be the problem? I ordered the part from ebay because Suzuki sells the part with the throttle body at the whopping price of 1,400. i payed 1,800 for the car. I cleaned all the wiring and changed MAF but the check engine light came out again. what other problems can it be? im so frustated bc i just bought the car 1 week ago. and the previous owner does'nt want to give me my money back.

Hi, Jennifer. The problem here is that you have bought garbage. There is no limit to the amount of money you could spend trying to turn garbage into a working automobile.

My advice: Never buy Suzuki.

what codes are coming up in the computer? are they pending codes? you need to see if its a fuel problem or ignition problem. youre going to spend a lot more money if you keep guessing...

need more information but try turning the ignition to the on position with the engine off. if the check engine light DOESNT come on its very possible that you could have a bad pcm/ecu/whatever suzuki calls it.

Hi,

Well first don't be depressed things will work out. Have you scanned the car for diag codes ? what codes are you getting ?. What led to change the MAF ? Check out some Suzuki forums I am sure people have discussed the same issues that you have and have also posted "solutions" to the issue.
