I restored my iphone 4 Thirteen times !!!!?

Hi to all iphone users, i am really scared because i feel like i have screwed up my iphone by restoring it more then 13 times in past 2 months. please please share your opnions.

is it going to effect my iphone speed?
is it going to effect my iphone Hard drive?

and what else
