when i play it the picture looks great but there are letters from left to right saying EVALUATING COPY and i don't know how to get rid of it ? i used the iskysoft dvd to iphone converter and i did everything right up to the converting process and then i thought i was done but apparently not i feel like i have to do one more thing but i have know clue plz help the site i got the software from is http://www.iskysoft.net/user-guide/dvd-iphone-mac.html
