I ripped a movie and the sound doesn't match the video?

so basically the sound is unsynced and it's really annoyingI used #1 DVD Ripper which usually tends to be good but when the movie finished ripping, I opened it an it was completely unsyncedis it because of low internet connection?how can I fix it? it's already ripping again...
