I screamed in my sleep!!!?

When I woke up for this this morning, my parents informed met that in the middle of the night they heard me screaming at the top of my lungs and made a sound like I hit my bed. I remember them coming in my room, but don't remember dreaming or anything. What would cause me to scream? Now Im worried to go to sleep!
 
It was Freddy Kruger!!! Run for your God damn life, and never go to sleep again!!!
 
it was probably just a bad dream lots of people talk in there sleep its okay more than likely it wont happen again
 
You were screaming because you dreamed about finding a million dollars. How do I know? because I dreamed about losing it and I was told that I was crying last night.
