I take pictures/videos on my iPhone & i want them on my computer and AutoPlay wont...

...let me sync to my computer.? I use Vista and I have the iPhone 4 and everytime i sync up my iPhone to iTunes, it wont let me put the pictures on my iPhone to my Computer.
