I was in Taco Bell about three days ago with my sister and boyfriend, and I was sitting in a booth. I tried to slide over to the next seat really quick, but ended up banging my knee on a metal divider. After a few minutes I began to feel light headed, and told them so. The last thing I remember was holding my head in my hands, to try to keep myself steady.

About thirty seconds later (they told me this, I had no idea anything had happened) I woke up, and they told me that I had lost all voluntary movement, made a strange facial expression, twitched, and I slammed my head down on the table, and stopped breathing. When I woke, they said my face was purple and blue, and I remember my face feeling kinda tingly (don't know if it was from hitting the table??)

When I was younger, I used to have episodes where I would black out, but they stopped after I fell off a 12 foot slide, 11 years ago.

Would this just be the episodes coming back, or is it something else? Does anyone know about symptoms like this?

you should have gone to the ER right away, anyway you need to see a doc about this for a neurological work up and as jules vane put it, get your blood pressure checked because a sudden drop in blood pressure can cause some of what you described. It happened to me. it could be a seizure or even a mini stroke which can happen at any age
