how about for starters you go take a VLN picture of something that'll show you are actually in germany. like a street sign. maybe you could find a sign for the "autobond".

well he's gotta offer some sort of proof it's his account, like editing a VLN into a post. It wouldn't be that hard to go dig around over there and find the post/thread and get the name.
