breakfast
1 medium apple
1 medium banana
1 low fat granola bar

Lunch
3 slices of reduced calorie bread
1 and 3/4 cup of green tossed salad with cheese

Dinner
1 1/2 cup of broccoli
3 large stuffed shells with cheese
1 piece of coconut cake..... very bad

I am 5'1 and 18 years old.......
