I think someone stole my internet?

my internet keeps disappearing from my desktop i keep reinstalling it but i think someone is stealing it from me someone told me i should get firefox to protect myself is that a good firewall and can you trace your internet if they are using my personal settings
im not worried about the fact that it was stolen i can get more free ones from walmart (im not a pirate i get a new one each time i dont reuse my disks) when you say "lolz" what does the "z" mean?

ha ha ha....lolz this is funny...btw firefox is a browser,not firewall and you can use it...it is better than IE...

And you can call your local police and register a complaint....they might find who stole it...ha ha ha....lolz...
