I thought Joe Miller believed in the democratic process, how come he is...

...whining about the election? He got beat fair and square, and he earlier said that the people of Alaska have spoken when he beat Murkowski in the primary now he's whining about the election and the democratic process when the people of Alaska have clearly spoken against him. He needs to man up and take his loss like a professional and not like a child, that's why he got beat since the Alaska people could see right through him.
@TheMobFather: yes that is whining, candidates need to man up. Obama didn't demand a recount.
@Lady: She beat Joe miller
@Still Quazee: Don't tell me you're whining too. You GOPers are too soft.

He didn't get beat by a couple of hundred, or even a couple of thousand, in a state of a little over six hundred thousand total population, he's losing by ten thousand votes, that's too much to ask for a recount
in any state.

Ms. Murkowski has a lead of about 10,000 votes, a total that includes 8,153 ballots that Miller observers challenged over things such as misspellings, extra words or legibility . A previous court decision ruled that intent was to be observed in such write in ballots so not capitalizing her name or misspelling it isn't going to mean its tossed out. Even if every challenged vote was tossed, she'd still win.

Mr. Miller is just a nuisance now, he can go back to hold another tea party at his home.

I thought Murkowski said, that she would throw her support behind WHOEVER beat her. So, who's the real whiner, here.

I stand by what I said, she said she wouldn't run and did and that makes her a whiner.

Sure, that wasn't rigged at all on these thousands of dead people and occaisionall polar bears that 'voted' for Murky. Too bad they 'screwed up' getting the absentee ballots to the military people of Alaska in time for the ballots to make it back before the cutoff date.
