I transferred my telus contract to someone and they aren't paying can telus

charge me for this? They say I am liable for $2000 because the person who took over my contract is paying there bills.
 
Once you legally transfer the contract you can't be held responsible because Telus would have completed a credit check on the other person and allowed the transfer to take place. If you gave or loaned your phone to someone to use for a period of time then you are responsible for all of the charges. I hope you did an actual transfer and not just think you did.
