I have an essay of 3000 words. i have to come up with my own Q, based on a theory.
I have chosen 2 Theories:
Roland Barthes "Mythologies" (talks about semiotics)
AND Rick Poynor "First things First" (talks about differences between communication and persuasion)
My object is Volvo Automotives and i want to talk about how/why Volvo uses masculinity as its image. HOWEVER, I have to challenge the theory somehow..so im stuck. Has anyone read those 2 theories and got any idea how i may create a structured Question!
