I use Ares P2P to download movies, games, softwares etc.......?

How can I optimize/speed up Ares? Please tell the tips and tricks for using Ares p2p. Thnks
 
Ares should have a tab for bandwidth throttle. That will be the speed at which you set limits for incoming and outgoing connections.

I used to use Ares, but I found Winmx.....The best for P2P. Winmx 3.54 beta4 total install....it's free
They have the same controls but an easier interface to work with.
