i used "wipe handheld" on my blackberry pearl, how do i fix what it messed up?

i used "wipe handheld" on my blackberry pearl, how do i fix what it messed up?

when i go to text messages it says "no message services configured. You will only be able to save to draft"......the internet option is nowhere to be found and when i go to "host routing table" it says " *no entries* "
