C Copper Member Oct 10, 2010 #1 When i order a pitcher of beer (60 )ounces at a pizza bar (why does the foam in the pitcher go away after i fill two glasses.also the foam at the top.the glass goes away. .is this normal.?i now add salt to bring foam to the beer .
