i want a comic book made for me, how do i start?

its for my boyfriend in mexico he loves comics. and i live in toronto, where do i find a person to do this? i want it about our love story. and the pictures to look like us. i think it would be a big suprise and a really cute and cool gift that we can both share for years. i dont get to see him often, so its really special to me and i think he would love a comic professionally made about us. THANK YOU for your input. because i dont know where to start.
