Hey... So I have had basically the same color forever, you know... highlights everynow and again.

I kinda of want a change, noticeable with out being wacky...

Cut and color wise... Could you tell me what you suggest? Below is a picture of my eye color (green) and my hair at the moment... its pretty long.
