I want my dad to get help with his anger problem?

Well my dad has serious anger issues, and he wont get help. When I start to cry he gets really mad, and start to yell at me! One time he yelled at me in his truck, and he was throwing things, he broke the cup holder, spit was flying out of his mouth, and he was screaming at the top of lungs. But then later once he cools off, he talk to me, and he'll say he's sorry. I wanna believe him when he says it, but I just don't. I want him to get help, but if I tell him, he'll just really mad, and I know that some day he will hit me! I can't stand to see him like this, unless if he's a little mad at his girlfriend that I don't like, because then it gets really funny, and he starts to confront her. I don't want to him to end up murdering someone, because with the way he is now I think it's probably gonna happen. He was court ordered to do anger management 5 times, and it didn't help at all! Please help me! I don't want to lose my dad! I'm only 12 here people!
