what can i do? i'm 5'5 or 5'6 and about 120lbs and my legs are like chicken legs lol. what can i do to make them thicker. i eat healthy but very little amounts. so i don't think trying to eat more will help cause its not like i can force food down. so basically what exercises can i do. but i want exercises that'll just help my legs. i don't want to get skinnier any where else cause i'm already skinny enough. please help and tell me what to do. thanks!
