I want to be a Medical Sales Rep. What should I do?

I have a B.S. degree in Nursing and an A.S. degree in Respiratory Therapy. I have no sales experience what so ever but would really like to get into medical sales. What should I do? Are there schools that offer training? Need some advice. Thx!
