I want to be a trainer! Help?

I want to be a trainer like Jillian [[off of The Biggest Loser]].
Does anyone know what I should KNOW about if I were to train and work with people to lose weight?
Like, how many calories are in everything, what to eat and what not to eat, how many calories SHOULD someone eat in a meal and how many times does one eat a meal a day, exercises and what they're used for, good routines and how much water should one drink, etc.
Can someone help me, or give me a link to what all I need to know to be a trainer and help others with weight loss?
