I want to build my own computer, and add bluetooth capability but...?

I would really prefer not to use a USB adapter, and would rather have it built into my mobo. What should I be looking for: adapter, card, drive? I have no clue.
 
They make pci cards for bluetooth that can be put in the mobos pci slot. Newegg.com has them, most of these don't cost very much. I don't see anything wrong with the usb adapters though as usb nowdays is a lot faster than the original usb 1.0.

There are combo 2-in-1 bluetooth and Wifi cards available. However they tend to be no-name brands, so the quality is a bit dubious.
