I want to buy smartphone, shall i buy it from online store?

I want to buy Sony Xperia J online from which site should I buy the phone.. Flipkart or ebay? I never buy online before.. I hv doubt on the product quality? how is their service or product or genuine or not? what is return policy ? Please help me.. Thanx in advance
 
I will let u know how these sites work.so u can come to a decision by this

1.FLIPKART:

Flipkart is the only site which ships the item on same day and gets delivered within the specified time, I had ordered pendrive, books and head phones all of these were delivered with excellent condition and no problem till now as of pendrive (transc...end 16GB) and headphones (frontech) are concerned its been 6-7 months using them, about books they are brand new ones.

What i like is flipkart gives you warranty receipt for the items purchased with sale date mentioned including books. So you can claim in case of defective.

The cons are bit over priced ,low discount or no discount at all on few items and shipping charge compared to other online stores. Doesn’t mind spending those extra bucks you will get what you pay.
Shop confidently with flipkart.

2.EBAY:

Three times now i have Ebay let a buyer either keep or claim a full refund on the item they have bought and get a refund from me, i get no money and no item they get either double their money back or the item and a refund.

I have been a loy...al Ebayer for many years but now moved to Amazon.
Someone described Ebay as the online bootseller and i know why

3.AMAZON:

Such a terrific reference work! But with so many terrific random digits, it's a shame they didn't sort them, to make it easier to find the one you're looking for.

The book is a promising reference concept, but the execution is somewhat sloppy. Whatever generator they used was not fully tested. The bulk of each page seems random enough. However at the lower left and lower right of alternate pages, the number is found to increment directly.
